Chocolate Fondant Bow on a Quilted Buttercream Wedding Cake

The quilted effect is not just for the fondant covered cakes...  This is a 3 tier buttercream iced cake that would serve 110 guest and all 3 tiers were quilted and we added a silver dragee to each cross point.... yes that is a lot of dragees..   The cake flavors was our vanilla chiffon with a raspberry filling and also a key lime with white chocolate cream cheese filling.   The Chocolate Fondant Bow was given a pearl finish for a satin look..  no topper was used and the great people at Gateway Grand had a riser set up with a chocolate fabric draped over it for a cake riser.
