Black buttercream or black fondant on a wedding cake.



Love this design.  A quilted black fondant with white sugar pearls.   Black is so beautiful on a white cake but you never want to use black buttercream, not only a bitter taste but will stain everything and I do mean everything.  It is fine for small accents hear and there but not for covering an entire cake.
