So enjoyed working with Haley (bride) and Kim (mom) in creating this incredible cake. The reception was held at The Country Club of Lake City and Amy Francis of Francis Event Design was the wedding designer and coordinator. You can see more of Amy's work on her facebook page. A 4 tier fondant serving 255 in a quilted w/sugar pearls and piped scroll design. Adding a satin ribbon, crystal brooch & monogram for that touch of bling. I added the fresh flowers provided by CCs of Lake City to pull it all together. Cake flavors consisted of my vanilla chiffon w/fresh strawberry filling, red velvet with cream cheese and chocolate velvet with chocolate ganache... yum... this photo(s) of my cake are soooo sad in comparison to the remarkable work of Mike Buoy Photography, the wedding photographer.
